If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. ## Services Sasquatch Land Co. provides land clearing, forestry mulching, fencing installation, and related services in Snohomish, King, Skagit, and Island Counties in Washington State. All estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until a formal agreement is signed. ## SMS Terms & Conditions ### Description of SMS Use Cases Sasquatch Land Co. uses SMS messaging strictly for the following purposes: providing project estimates, confirming and coordinating appointment scheduling and site visits, sending service and project status updates, following up on quote requests, and communicating time-sensitive information related to your land clearing or fencing project. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. ### Opt-Out Instructions You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Sasquatch Land Co. at any time by replying **STOP** to any text message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send you one final confirmation message to confirm your opt-out. You will not receive any further SMS messages from us after that confirmation.
