What To Watch For
Every year, PNW property owners lose thousands to operators who don't know what they're doing — or worse, do know and don't care.
You've seen the Facebook Marketplace ads — someone offering to clear your acre for next to nothing. What you don't see: no general contractor's license, no workers' comp, no liability insurance, no bond.
