“This company was amazing. They did an exceptional job on our property despite a bothersome neighbor hassling them. Brandon did an excellent job on bringing my vision to a clear quote and even moved some junk around into a neat pile that was scattered on the prop. Then he worked with us again when our financing was less than our quote and made it to where we could still get what we were looking for within our budget.…

“So glad I was able to find Sasquatch Land Co. Jeni answered my inquiry within minutes, which was amazing. I didn’t have time to get distracted by the next thing on my to-do list! 😂
Brandon came out the same week to access the property and our needs. He didn’t try to oversell us on anything, and he was very knowledgeable and professional.
Eric and his helper came out the next week. I was honestly shocked at how fast the…

Four commitments we make on every job — and that you can hold us to before you ever sign anything.
Washington contractor license SASQULC742LZ. Proof of insurance available on request before we start.
We walk the property with you and quote a firm number. No hourly surprises once the work starts.
Vegetation is mulched in place. No burn permits, no smoke, no scorched ground left behind.
Nothing goes on a truck to the landfill. The mulch stays on site as ground cover and erosion control.
We publish customer reviews here only once they exist in a source you can check for yourself. Rather than fill this page with quotes you have no way to verify, we will do something more useful: call us and we will put you in touch with a recent customer in your area, and send proof of our Washington contractor license (SASQULC742LZ) and current insurance before we start any work.
