By accessing and using the Sasquatch Land Co. website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Sasquatch Land Co. provides land clearing, forestry mulching, fencing installation, and related services in Snohomish, King, Whatcom, Skagit, and Chelan Counties in Washington State. All estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until a formal agreement is signed.
Sasquatch Land Co. uses SMS messaging strictly for the following purposes: providing project estimates, confirming and coordinating appointment scheduling and site visits, sending service and project status updates, following up on quote requests, and communicating time-sensitive information related to your land clearing or fencing project. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Sasquatch Land Co. at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send you one final confirmation message to confirm your opt-out. You will not receive any further SMS messages from us after that confirmation. You may re-opt-in at any time by submitting a new form on our website or contacting us directly.

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to or received from Sasquatch Land Co. depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Sasquatch Land Co. does not charge any fees for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Message frequency varies based on your project needs and interactions with Sasquatch Land Co. You may receive between 1 and 10 messages per month depending on whether you have an active project or inquiry.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sasquatch Land Co. is not responsible for messages that fail to send or are delayed due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all other carriers are not responsible for the content of SMS messages sent by Sasquatch Land Co.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Sasquatch Land Co., you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our SMS program is intended for adults only. If you are under 18 years old, you are not authorized to opt in to receive text messages from us.
