Gravel driveway repair in Duvall: valley floor to ridge top
Duvall sits at the edge of the Snoqualmie Valley, with flat farmland along the river on one side and wooded ridges rising on the other. Valley-floor lanes off SR-203 stay wet for months and can sit under standing water after heavy rain. Drives up the ridges around town climb steeply through forest. One needs a crown, the other needs water control on a grade, and both need pothole repair that lasts past the first storm.
On valley lanes we check whether water can leave the surface at all, or whether it just moves into a flooded ditch. Reshaping fixes the first case. The second means drainage work, which we quote separately. On ridge drives we look at where the slope feeds water onto the gravel and how much rock has washed downhill. We recover that rock first, and add new 5/8-minus only where the surface is too thin.
